Kenaf Mutton Curry Recipe Ingredients:

Oil - 6tbsp
Mutton - 500gm
Turmeric powder
ginger garlic paste
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Kenaf leaves 5-6 bunches (puntikura)
Green chillies - 6-8
Two onions
Coriander powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1-2 tsp

First step is to wash mutton in running water, mutton should be clean. Now after cleaning the mutton take a pan and mix the mutton with ginger garlic paste, green chillies, cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Now add oil and start mixing all the mutton with ingredients

Use a thick bottomed pan and add little oil and onions along with Kenaf leaves and leave it for 5 minutes. You will see that the leaves are soaked and soft in oil with a smell. When the kenaf leaves and onions get smother, add the mutton mixture you have prepared in another pan. Add and start mixing the leaves and mutton for a while and add little water and leave it under low flame for about 10 minutes.

You will feel a great smell coming our when the mutton gets boiled with kenaf leaves. After 10 minutes make sure you keep the pan open for 30 minutes, so that it gets more taster when kept open in air.

Liver 500 GM
Red Chilli Powder 1 ts
Few curry leaves
Turmeric Powder 1ts
cloves 3
Green Chilli 2
Onion chopped
One tomato
Coriander leaves
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Keep all these ingredients a side and move into the main process.

Take a pan with lite oil and heat it
In the oil add green chili, cinnamon, onions, cloves...
Now add ginger garlic paste
In a minute add tomato and bit of salt
In two minutes the see that the tomatoes and onions get soft
Now add chill powder, coriander, curry leaves and turmeric and leave it to mix.
Keep steering, after 2 minutes add liver pieces in the pan
Mix liver pieces add sufficient amount of water and let it boil on low flame for 15 minutes.
Close the pan with a lid on top of the pan.
You will already feel the smell in about 10 minutes
Remove the lid and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
After 15 minutes you can garnish the liver fry recipe with coriander leaves and serve.

Italian Chaat Salad Recipe

The making of Italian Chaat Salad Recipe is something similar to indian aloo chat, but the ingredients are different. Follow the preparation method to make a spicy Italian Chaat Salad Recipe!!

Italian Chaat Salad Recipe Items Required:

Boiled potato 2 cups
Parmesan cheese 1 cup
Tamato sliced
Dried lemon zest 1 tbsp
olive oil 4 tbsp
basli leaves 1 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Lime rind 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Oil 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Once you setup all the above ingredients, prepare the garnish.

Take spaghetti pasta 6 strands.

Heat the oven, Combine all the ingredients and make it as a paste in seperate bowl. The paste should be like dough. Now take small portions of dough and roll them flat and round.

Now take a baking tray and add some flour and place the rolled dough and bake then till turned golden color.

Next take sliced sweet potato and tomato and boil them quickly in oil and add bit of salt, pepper and chilli powder

Next take another boil with oil and deep fry the spagheeti pasta.

Now take a plate, first add sweet potato and tamato. Then add the fried spagheeto pasta and garnish well with coriander.

I have just tried a simple soup recipe, the most flavorful easy potato soup recipe to warm-up yourselves in the cold winter.  It tastes so delicious and felt like having few more sips. I am sharing you the ingredients and method to prepare the potato soup recipe.

Easy Potato Soup Recipe Ingredients:

Take 2-3 medium sized potatoes (according the number of people you serve)
2 tsp onion paste
1 turnip, 1 tomato
2 glasses of water
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/2 ginger paste
4 tsp butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp sugar

Making of Easy Potato Soup Recipe:

  • Take a bowl and add water
  • Place potatoes, tomato and turnip and boil them till you feel they are tender.

Chicken Mexicana Recipe
